Diabetes Support Group

Monthly diabetes support group meetings are offered free of charge to anyone interested in learning more about diabetes.  Daytime and evening sessions are available.  Diabetes educators, physicians & registered dieticians provide ongoing education and support for people with diabetes as well as family members and friends.  For more information on our diabetes support group, please call Diabetes Education Services at (770) 918-3881.
