Endoscopy

The Endoscopy Department at Rockdale Medical Center is located in the East Tower of the hospital. The department has eight private suites that for admission and recovery and three versatile procedure rooms. We offer a wide variety of services including colonoscopy, esophagogastroduodenoscopy (EGD), endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP), percutaneous endoscopic gastrostomy (PEG placement), and bronchoscopy. We also house a pain management clinic once a week for patients with chronic pain.

As a part of the Rockdale Medical Center team, the endoscopy department values every patient and provides personalized care to both inpatients and out patients. Our trained endoscopy nurses are available to assist doctors 24 hours, 7 days a week for emergent cases. Our regularly scheduled hours are Monday through Friday 7 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. A physician referral is required. For more information, please call 770-918-3530.
