Rockdale Medical Center appreciates your feedback and has an established process for you to communicate your comments, complaints or safety suggestions. Any individual with concerns about patient safety and/or quality of care should contact Rockdale Medical Center's Administration so that the Hospital may prevent or correct such problems. If problems are not adequately addressed, they may be reported directly to The Joint Commission on Accreditation of Health Care Organizations. Please see below for contact information.
