Diabetes Support Group

Monthly diabetes support group meetings are offered free of charge to anyone interested in learning more about diabetes.  Daytime and evening sessions are available.  Diabetes educators, physicians & registered dieticians provide ongoing education and support for people with diabetes as well as family members and friends.  For more information on our diabetes support group, please call (770) 918-3707.
