Rockdale Family Practice was established in 1991 and is committed to providing the highest standard of health care for all ages. All physicians at Rockdale Family Practice are Board Certified. They provide preventive and chronic medical care along with school, sports and insurance physicals, women's wellness exams, minor surgical procedures, and urgent care whenever required.
Rockdale Family Practice would like to employ a physician that is patient-centered and committed to providing high-quality health care. Board Certified and Board Eligible will be considered. The ideal candidate will be comfortable seeing upwards of 25 patients a day. The opportunity is outpatient only as the practice admits through the Hospitalists at Rockdale Medical Center. In 2012, the practice met Meaningful Use Standards, so a physician that is familiar with, and comfortable using, EMR is desired. The practice is offering a generous salary and benefits package. OB/GYN:
Founded in 2005, New Beginnings Comprehensive Women's Healthcare is a leader in OB/GYN care in Conyers, GA. The practice offers complete gynecological care for adults and adolescents. The doctors and staff can manage a woman's pregnancy from the first pre-natal visit to delivery. They have experience in managing both normal and high risk pregnancies. They do many in office procedures, but the office is conveniently located across the street from Rockdale Medical Center. Rockdale Medical Center has 17 Labor and Delivery rooms, 28 Mother-Baby rooms, a newly renovated 16 bed Level II NICU, as well as a da Vinci robot for minimally invasive surgical procedures.
The practice is looking to employ a physician that is skilled in performing typical gynecological procedures (ie LEEP procedures, Essure, colposcopies) and preferably trained in robotic surgical procedures. Call will be 1:3. Must practice Obstetrics. A candidate that speaks Spanish fluently, or at least very well, would be a welcome addition to the practice. Podiatry:
By offering the most advanced surgical and non-surgical foot and ankle care for adults and children, Associated Foot & Ankle Specialist, P.C., has been able to provide the best podiatric care for patients since 1993. Dr. G. Wayne Newman, Jr. is a Board Certified Physician and Surgeon of Podiatric Medicine. Dr. Newman serves on the advisory committee for The American Diabetes Associations, the surgical committee at Rockdale Medical Center, and is dedicated to providing high quality heath care to the community.
Associated Foot & Ankle Specialists, P.C. is looking to employ a Board Certified or Board Eligible Doctor of Podiatric Medicine (DPM). The ideal candidate must have training and experience performing full foot and ankle surgical procedures. At least three (3) years of surgical training is preferred. The practice offers X-ray services, Doppler Exams, and in-office surgical procedures. Call will be shared with current physician. Pulmonary Medicine/Critical Care:
An excellent opportunity to join an established and busy practice with 8 physicians and 4 mid-levels is presently available in the Conyers, GA area. The ideal MD candidate will be Board Certified in Pulmonary Medicine and Critical Care. Additional experience in practicing Sleep Medicine is preferred. The physician will be based mainly in the Rockdale/Newton area, and will be expected to see 20-25 patients in office per day, as well as alternate week rotations at three hospitals with 15+/- patients per hospital. Vascular Surgeon
Rockdale Medical Center is seeking a vascular surgeon to join a hospital employed group. Rockdale Vascular Associates is looking for a Board Certified or Board Eligible surgeon to join a busy practice. The ideal candidate will be trained in typical vascular and endovascular procedures. Additional training in advanced wound care is preferable. Physician could expect to see 20-25 patients per day and have 6 to 8 surgeries per week until growth is achieved.
The practice specializes in Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm Repair; Peripheral (legs) Arterial Angioplasty/Stenting; Varicose and Spider Vein treatments; Carotid Artery Repair; Pacemaker placement; Dialysis access; DVT Treatment.
