Employer Wellness Outreach Program

Thank you for your participation in our WellnessWorks Employer Outreach Program.  We have learned a great deal about our enrolled employers needs since the program was introduced and have valued your feedback and support. In an effort to continue to provide valued resources we have made some changes in order to better serve you, your employees and the community.  

We look forward to continuing to provide you with easy access to health care resources in an effort to improve the overall health and wellness of your workforce.

Program resources include:

1. Occupational Health

• List of providers who can handle Non-DOT and DOT physicals, drug screens and any other required pre-hire services needed

2. Workers’ Compensation

• Emergency Department protocol on file to meet needs
• Providers that understand the importance of completing Return-to-Work paperwork timely

3. Wellness  

• Health Fair resource support based on employer needs
• Employee education materials to promote wellness

4. Group Health

• Monthly health education information via email  
• Need to schedule Wellness Physical, annual OB/GYN, and Biometric Screening? Utilize our convenient 24/7 Physician Referral Line 1-800-424-DOCS (3627).
